Guarantees & Deposit Information
- You can reserve your Shih Tzu puppy / Lhasa Apso puppy for a $200 deposit*. All of our puppies can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. for an additional $275. The cost for shipping includes ticket, additional health certificate from vet, and travel crate. We are currently using American Airlines.
- Your puppy/dog will be available for pick up when breeder thinks it is properly weaned and in good health.
- Under no circumstances is the breeder responsible to pay
veterinarian bill once puppy leaves the kennel.
- A full refund will be given ONLY if found to be in poor health by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase or pick up. The refund will be given within 30 days. Your Shih Tzu puppy / Lhasa Apso puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date for life threatening
disease. If your Shih Tzu / Lhasa Apso puppy is found to have this type of physical problem that is considered to be life threatening, a replacement puppy (of equal value) will be provided as soon as one is available.
No replacement will be made after 1 year. Buyer must have a copy of medical record from buyer's veterinarian and signed statement from veterinarian with diagnosis/treatment.
- Failure to have the Shih Tzu puppy / Lhasa Apso puppy checked by licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days voids all guarantees.
- The Guarantee does not include puppy's care and environment once he/she leaves the Kennel. It does not include accidental death or injury.
- Breeder cannot guarantee longevity, show potential, ability to
breed, temperament, color, size or behavior.
